Ana black soy sauce chili ketchup.

if you're familiar with malaysian or indonesian food, then this sauce would be something familiar with. the ketchups itselves is quite versatile where you can use this with varities of food such as Mee/ Mie Soto, grilled seafood, Mee/ Mie Soup or Lontong to name a few. as this ketchup itself is super hot, unless you're super cool guy, you'll be needing only a small drop of the ketchup onto your meal. 

Ana pre mixed soup herbs. 

This pre mixed soup herbs is a basic ingredient for asian soup making. with the basic  ingredient, you can make any soup such as the soto soup, bakso soup, chicken or meat soup or anything depending on your creativity to create your soup. the mixed is easier to use. just follow the following steps.

one packet of this pre-mixed soup herbs is equivalent to 10 -12 people serving. 

Ingredient:

6L water

1"  galangal ( if you're making soto soup) sliced

1.5kg chicken cut into small portion 

3 ea lemongrass. hammered the bottom portion. ( if you're making soto soup)

salt and seasoning for flavour.

celery/ onion leaves and fried union for presentation

how to cook;

1. heat up 6L of water in a pot. 

2. Insert 3ea of lemongrass, the galangal and the Ana pre-mixed soup herbs. stir the mixture

3. let the soup to boil. put in salt and seasoning for flavouring 

4. serve with boiled mee, or ketupat on a bowl. put it chopped onion leaves, fried onion and celery leaves for presentation.

5. Best served with Ana black soy sauce chili ketchup.
